- Why isn’t my widget showing the latest value?
- iOS decides how often widgets can refresh. When data is older than expected, the widget shows when it was last updated. Opening the app refreshes every widget instantly.
- I don’t have Home Assistant yet. Can I try it?
- Yes. Tap “Try the Demo” in the app to explore a sample smart home and see how the widgets work.
- Is WidgetHajv made by Home Assistant?
- No. WidgetHajv is an independent app made by a single developer. It is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by the Home Assistant team, the Open Home Foundation or Nabu Casa.
- How do I disconnect my server?
- Tap Settings → Disconnect in the app. This removes your server address, token and saved data from your device.
What you need
- Works on iPhone and iPad
- Requires iOS 26.2 or later
- A Home Assistant server you can reach from your iPhone or iPad, on your home network or remotely
- A long-lived access token (the app shows you how to create one)
